“Had an amazing time at the Ultima in Courchevel. Had the pleasure of spending the weekend in one of the Chalets with my wife over a weekend. Beautiful place, amazing location and the service was absolutely excellent. Alex was our butler for the weekend and took the best care of us! Would highly recommend the Ultima and would recommend you request Alex for top notch service”

“I stayed in ULTIMA with my husband and friends just before Xmas this year ( 2025). It was one of the most amazing experiences in Courchevel and in the Alps overall. The rooms are very comfy, beds are great, the living room is the highlight of the villa. The greatest value to the chalet was our butler - Asili. She is a fabulous host! Our breakfasts were fantastic, the food was delicious, Asili made our stay unforgettable! Thank you and the whole ULTIMA team”

“Ultima exceeded my expectations for the chalet experience, chef, and amenities. Communication with the people that took care of us did not meet my expectations. Concierge service was well below my expectations. But, I think overall its a 4.5 star experience. For a full detailed review, continue reading. William, our butler, was very friendly and he learned our individual needs very quickly. For in house services he was great, however there was alot of miscommunication between him and the concierge services and drivers. Andrea the chef cooked food better than any restaurant we've been to in Courchevel. We cancelled most of our dinner reservations and preferred dining in the chalet because of Andrea. He was the highlight of our experience at Ultima. The layout of chalet 2 (South) wasn't the best. The morning view of the mountains was blocked from the living room. For 5 bedrooms, the living room did not fit the entire group and the sofas weren't very cozy. The rooms were great and the chalet was very clean and the housekeeping was excellent. The spa area which included the indoor pool, sauna, steam room were amazing. It felt like a private area where only two chalets share this space. The spa treatments and massages we're ok but could be alot better. When booking, I wished we had a say in choosing which chalets were available. Mainly because of the views of each chalet and also theh have a south side with 8 or 9 Chalets and then a north side with 4 or 5 chalets. You need to cross a road to go from south to north. Room service is not available at the North. Also many amenities like cinema room, bar, and ski in ski out were only available at the South Chalet. So note that ski in ski out is NOT for all chalets. They have an excellent shuttle service (it's practically a private car service). But note that they will charge you if you need a car to go outside Courchevel and for late night rides. The concierge service was not as expected. At two occasions, we went to a restaurant or an activity and ended up not being able to enter because apparently we did not have a reservation for that day. I suggest that you reconfirm all of your reservations before leaving your chalet. With that said, the Ultima Management tried their best to address the issue and offered an activity free of charge. I suggest that you order the bill of your stay after every night or every 2 nights so you can keep track of the expenses because their were MANY expenses that Ultima wanted to charge us that shouldn't have been there. The ski store experience was the worst at Ultima. From the first day, it was chaotic and it took so long, maybe they were under staffed. One of the major issues was that they gave advanced shoes to a complete beginner and in the end, the person incharge of the ski store claimed that we asked for an advanced ski and denied any responsibility and charged us for the advanced skis. Another issue was charging us additional days for the people who returned their skis. They claim that no one informed them about the returns. This goes back to the miscommunication between our butler and concierge services with the ski store. With all that was said, Arty the concierge services manager resolved all the issues and tried his best to manage the inconveniences. Also the Director of Ultima was present and involved to make our stay as best as possible. I definitely recommend Ultima for anyone interested in a high end hotel serviced private chalet.”
